Imagine, life without fear.. Sounds great when John Lennon sings about it though. To be honest, I did not think it was possible. I knew life sucked the way it was, and I wanted change.
As I started to fear less, and learned to recognize and regulate my nervous system, my world changed. My world has slowly become more safe, stable and more sustainable and more and more of me feels at peace.
"Research into neuroplasticity, the nervous system and epigenetics continues to deepen our understanding of how our experiences and environments shape us, and how change remains possible throughout life.
This is not just possible for me. Each person, effects their environment and everything in it. The more focused we are, the more power we have to become the change we wish to see in the world.
There is a lot of evidence out there which has proved that every single person, which includes you.. contains the power and potential to change and create heaven on earth.

When I was diagnosed with cancer, i chose to share my journey publicly so it could support others, who were also navigating this huge change.
